興奮・ヤッター! Fun fun funglish cafe

Today, we played the "In, Out, Left, Right" game, and the kids were jumping out with joy as they learned new directional words like in, out, left, and right. Their excitement was contagious as they moved around, laughing and following instructions with growing confidence. It was amazing to see how quickly they picked up the new vocabulary through play. To celebrate their efforts, each child received a cute sticker at the end—a small reward for a big day of learning and fun!

4年生の外国語活動の様子

The 4th graders participated in an exciting card-collecting game activity that began with a round of janken (rock-scissors- paper). The winner of the game had the opportunity to ask, "How’s the weather?" while the loser responded with an answer and was required to give up one of their collected cards. The goal was to collect as many cards as possible by the end of the game, with the player who had the most cards at the finish being declared the winner. This fun and engaging game allowed the students to practice their social and language skills while learning about the weather playfully and competitively.

Today, we played Daruma-san ga Koronda using weather gestures. The game helped the students in practicing "How's the weather?" and saying "It's ~. The Funglish Team is preparing more fun and educational games for the students.

花丸 5年生外国語の授業

5年生は初めてのプレゼンテーション活動を行いました。

The 5th grade students challenged themselves by introducing themselves in English and talking about the things they like.It was their first time presenting in front of their classmates during English class, and the teachers were very impressed. Everyone did their best and followed the communication tips like making eye contact, smiling, speaking clearly and loudly, and using gestures. The students showed that they are ready for bigger English challenges.

To introduce the different feelings, the English teachers used a song and teach the 2nd graders gestures and facial expressions students can use when expressing their feelings. They had fun with the Alligator Game which challenged their listening skills and helped them practice speaking feelings in English. After enjoying the game, students practiced their writing skills through a simple worksheet.
