6年生外国語の授業

6年生の授業では、行きたい国をたずねたり答えたりする練習をしました。海外旅行に行ってみたいという気持ちがのってすぐにフレーズを覚えて使いこなしていました。カルタゲームでは、ALTの先生達の発音を注意深く聞き取って真剣に取り組む様子が見られました。

TRAVEL KARUTA

Spread across the desks are colorful cards featuring flags and country names. In pairs, 6th-grade students engage in a lively karuta game to practice target phrases. The students ask, “Where do you want to go?” and the ALT responds with, “I want to go to the Philippines,” continuing with destinations like Switzerland, America, India, Australia, Vietnam, Brazil, Italy, France, Malaysia, Peru, Spain, New Zealand, Singapore, China, and Morocco. Each time a country is named, students race to identify and grab the corresponding card. The fastest student keeps the card. This fast-paced, interactive activity not only sharpens listening and pronunciation skills but also builds motivation and geographical knowledge through friendly competition.
